The people from the Corporation are designated by the Governor in Council as per territory 10 of this Bill. The Ministers intervene between the two Government bodies in the event of a discussion.


The Committee is of the view that stipulation 28 may refute portions 4D(a)(ii) and (iii) of the Parliamentary Committees Act 1968 in that the Ministers' decisions are non-reviewable and there is no self-ruling structure for the permitting of any licenses. The Committee observes that as per territory 15 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act, the Committee of Management is blamed for commitment with respect to and "will administer upgrade keep up and control the land for the explanations behind which it is held".
